30-day window and the $9.95 fee.

At Lulu Gala, we want your little princess to love her dress. If you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions: Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Dresses with makeup stains, perfume scents, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Fees: A flat return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale: Custom-sized dresses and items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
